Orders & Shipping
1. All in stock items will be delivered within 1 working day upon confirmation of payment. All back-ordered items are shipped as soon as the stock reaches our warehouse which will usually take 3-5 working days. Orders will be delivered using express courier service.
2. FREE shipping for orders above RM200.
3. Every RM15 spent will reward 1 point. Points can be redeemed for future purchases at RM1 per point. Points will be rewarded once the payment and shipment of the order has been completed.
4. Customers MUST provide full details (i.e: Name, contact number, address, email address) for sale and return transactions.
5. Legacy Games ensures that all items are packed and shipped out in good condition.
6. We will provide the courier tracking number to customers upon shipment of orders.
7. ALL IMAGES SHOWN IN WEBSITE ARE FOR ILLUSTRATION PURPOSE ONLY. ACTUAL PRODUCT MAY VARY DUE TO PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY ENHANCEMENT.
8. If you live near our retail store – Legacy Games (Greenlane, Penang) or are just stopping by, you have the option to pick-up your online purchase physically at Legacy Games.
9. We only ship within Malaysia.

Exchange & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Legacy Games, we hope you love your purchase. Goods sold are not returnable or refundable. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns if you have changed your mind after ordering the product. However, we are happy to replace any defective products reported not more than 3 days after receiving the purchase, please notify us at shop@legames.com.my by providing us the following information:
- Name
- Order Number
- Contact Number
- Indicate if you want a replacement or a refund
- Clear photo of defect / faulty item(s)
Our team will verify and notify you via email for exchange / refund process if you fulfill the return policy below:
1. Return item(s) must be made within one week upon receiving your order.
2. Return item(s) shall be un-used, in new-condition as purchased and in the original packaging with all labels / stickers attached (if applicable).
3. Return item(s) shall be attached with the original Legacy Games receipt when sent back to us.
4. Shipping charges for all return products must be paid by the customer. We will not reimburse any shipping charges.
5. We are not responsible for any lost / damaged goods during delivery.
6. You will receive your refund / replacement within 14 working days after confirmation by Legacy Games upon receiving and checking of returned item(s) is in good condition as sent.
7. Sale items are not applicable for exchange or refund.
How To Return:
1. Kindly pack your item(s) using the original parcel packaging or suitable new packaging with original receipt.
2. Send your return parcel to us using REGISTERED POST at your nearest post office / courier service centre. Notify us of your return parcel tracking number via email after shipping.
